Meet Roy & Patty Porter:

Originally from Iowa, these two are bringing a taste of the Midwest to Tennessee. They got started by opening up a catering business and specialized in the traditional Iowa Whole Hog Roast.  Both Roy and Patty were members of the Kansas City Barbeque Society. Roy served on the Board of Directors for the Iowa Barbeque Society where Patty was also a member.  They made the move to Tennessee in 2010, purchased their food trailer and decided to take their one of a kind barbeque menu on the road.
